Cheddar and Mozzarella Cheese
Ingredients:
1 1/4 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. sour cream, half
1/2 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
1 Tbsp. chili powder
Instructions:
I also make my own cheeses. There is certainly some variation out there in how cheese is created. Here are some of my favorites:
Bourbon – A little bitter, if not too spicy. It is known to contain a lot of pepper.
Chili– This can be spicy, and tastes awesome and does require extra cheese. If you want your peppers hot and tangy then add the cumin so they kick out from the back.
Cheddar– An addition to your cheeses will also help with cumin, which is the spice that makes the cheese stick to your bread. Cheddar and Mozzarella Cheese
Tomato– A little spicy, but if you want it spicy then add all your vegetables at once (to help add it a bit more heat).
Garden Cheese– A perfect compliment to the other vegetables. Not to mention its not to be taken at your arm and put into a microwave after it’s fried.
